Our 69th year together brings the whole Martin family back to the Embassy Suites Columbus Dublin for a full weekend of gatherings, dinner, dancing, and holiday joy.

5:00 PM — Hospitality Meet & Greet
7:00 PM — Evening Activity - Games & Fun (Muirfield Room)
We will welcome you to Columbus with a Meet & Greet reception in our hotel Hospitality Room, including food, fun, and our traditional Christmas “Ugly Sweater” contest! You also will be able to take a sneak peek at the Silent Auction items that are available for bidding throughout Friday and Saturday.

8:00 AM — Martin Acres, Inc. Annual Shareholders Meeting (Muirfield Room and Zoom)
10:00 AM – 1:30 PM — Children's Activity
Please join us as we enjoy Scene75 Columbus Indoor Entertainment Center (5033 Tuttle Crossing Blvd, Columbus, OH 43016). Our chaperones will meet the group and prepare for departure at 10:00 a.m. sharp! Please indicate in your registration the total number of children who will participate, and please be prepared to provide $20 per child (paid in cash) on the morning of the activity.
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM — Christmas Dinner & Gift Exchange
We will enjoy food, family fun, and our own special brand of Christmas entertainment—with perhaps even a special guest or two—and, of course, we will exchange gifts! The cost of the Christmas Dinner is $65 per person (ages 11 and above). Discounted plated Children's Menu meals are available to purchase for children ages 10 and under at the price of $15.
8:00 PM - 12:00 AM — Christmas Dance Party
Come prepared to dance the night away at this "After Five" attire event and share more holiday cheer with music, drinks, and delicious hors d’oeuvres! We even will have a complimentary “Magic Mirror Booth” to capture photographic memories of this very special evening. The cost of the Dance Party is $50 per person (adults only). A cash bar will be offered. We also will award the Silent Auction items.
Babysitting Services
Capable, enthusiastic babysitters will be on-site at the hotel to care for and entertain your children for the evening! The cost is $20 per child.

Enjoy spacious two-room suites, cooked-to-order breakfast, and an evening reception with drinks and snacks. Each family reserves and pays for its own room directly with the hotel.

- Special dietary menus requested onsite are subject to an additional $10 fee per plate.
- Saturday AM activity fees are payable in cash on the day.
